That is one of the most appealing, yet educational blog I have come across.Even though its moral echoes the speech we know about staying away from drugs,it ceased to bore me.Using the girl somewhat as a metaphor for heroine was quite good,considering all the warnings we get about mixing with the wrong people, who lead you to the wrong substances.It may even be more appealing to high school children or a younger audience because it is in the form of a cartoon.It continues to reiterate the cons of falling prey to alcohol and drugs, and its effects on one.The metaphorical heroin is clearly the villian, with the 'doctor' being our ultimate hero.Not only because he saves Kidd but through the lesson he conveys at the end.When coming to varsity,you have to remember the probability of meeting people who will try to bring you down,and learn to choose those who will uplift you.Overall brilliant comic guys.
Whow, lol, I like this blog. I truly appreciate the fact that you used a guy as the prey, because in many instances it is us girls that fall into this traps, and 'tis because of friends. The villain is clearly identified and so is the hero.
Varsity can drown one without even knowing, and it is the people we most trust, "friends." They porn us, becuase they want to be popular or cause they want exceptance from the guys/girls. They lack acceptance and are the ones that will never act foolish in a crowd. They will never say or laugh at dumb/blonde jokes, because it isn't cool.
It is vital that we do not undermine ourselves or be afraid to say No. Because looking/acting cool could make you the ultimate fool.
